• Sometimes a full or part time contract recruiter could be of benefit.  

• Are things a little crazy right now?  We like crazy.  Maybe you don't know about your future hiring needs or need to level out your Recruiting budget for a period of time?  Perhaps our Recruiting as a Service (RaaS)  model would make sense.  These are customized by client, but normally there is a flat monthly fee and smaller Direct hire fee.

Recruiting for higher level positions or positions with limited talent availability will benefit from our Retained Search model.
