Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join Human Resources team. The employee will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources, this position requires a self-starter with deep understanding of compensation and ability to provide Program and task oriented support.
