Georgia Team
Jacki Neal, the Managing Partner, has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry and has helped companies hire over 6500 people. She collaborates with company leaders to strategize and deliver on their talent acquisition needs.
Previously, Jacki was the Founder of Peak Resource Group, Inc., which focused on IT, Communications, and Engineering industry companies of all sizes. The company provided contractor teams and direct hire services.
YoY revenue and client base growth.
Responsibilities included P&L, meeting with IT, Engineering and HR leaders, developing business and operational strategy, hiring and managing internal team.
The company was acquired in 2015.
After selling Peak, Jacki remained as VP of Business Development for an RPO and Direct placement firm.
Raylan the wonderdog is a part of the entertainment and support team in the Atlanta area. He’s a good listener and laughs at our jokes.
Alabama Team
Tracy Peters is the Talent Acquisition partner with 20+ years recruiting expertise. She is responsible leading a team of magnificent recruiters and all candidate delivery functions.
Every company needs to hire Purple Squirrels, but if you need a Purple Squirrel in a red suit and bow tie, Tracy and her team can deliver.
Excellent at implementing top technologies and systems but also knows this is a relationship business. Personal networks and interaction with others is always valuable.
Earlier: Founder and CEO of FreshTech, a staffing firm that focused on IT and Engineering companies of all sizes.
Prior, she followed her dream and created a top music venue, Abbey Road Bar and Grill. She was responsible for building this company from the ground up.
Managed all of the financial, operational, employee hiring/management and day to day operations. Company was acquired.
She works. A lot. But also spends time (and money) providing magnificent 5 star resort services to her multiple lake dogs.
