  • Then, a conversation is scheduled with hiring manager.  Our recruiter will ask specifics on skillsets as well as intangible and cultural details.  This ensures we present not only candidates with right experience but also ones that fit your environment.  We discuss best ways to communicate, time frames, and your internal processes for interviews and offers. 


Since we have only senior level recruiters with existing networks, we can, and have delivered top candidates to most industries. 


After our initial discussion about your open positions, if there are any issues with our ability to deliver great candidates, we share reasons for our concerns.
